Return Policy – ORTHONICA
Not completely satisfied with your order and want to request a return? No worries! We have a simple and straightforward return policy.

Print and complete the return form and include it in your return package.
You can return your jewelry within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items can only be returned if they are undamaged and unworn. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returning Sale & Deal Items
Did you purchase your jewelry during a sale or special deal? No problem, sale items can be returned.
If you purchased an item as part of a deal and want a full refund, make sure to return all products from that deal. If you wish to keep part of your order, the order amount will be recalculated based on the items you keep.

Refund Policy
If you purchased an item from ORTHONICA but:

received the wrong products, or

your order did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days),
you are eligible for a full refund.
However, we cannot provide a full refund in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (such as providing an incorrect shipping address).

Your order did not arrive due to external circumstances beyond the control of Orthonica (such as customs delays or natural disasters).

Your order was placed during a sale. In this case, the order amount can still be adjusted for an exchange.
