If you purchased an item from Orthonica but:

You did not receive the correct products, or

Your order did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days),
you are eligible for a full refund.
However, we cannot provide a full refund in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., you provided an incorrect shipping address).

Your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond the control of Orhtonica (e.g., customs clearance issues or natural disasters).

Your order was placed during a sale. In this case, you can still modify your order amount for other products.
