Refund Policy – ORTHONICA

If you purchased an item from Orthonica but:

  • You did not receive the correct products, or

  • Your order did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days),

you are eligible for a full refund.

However, we cannot provide a full refund in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., you provided an incorrect shipping address).

  • Your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond the control of Orhtonica (e.g., customs clearance issues or natural disasters).

  • Your order was placed during a sale. In this case, you can still modify your order amount for other products.
